Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Shiv Shakti Ayurvedic Hospital. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to appointments, consultations, treatments, and any products purchased through our website.

 Appointment Cancellation

Patients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

 Consultation Fees

Once an online or offline consultation has been completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

If the consultation cannot be provided due to unavoidable circumstances from our side, the appointment will be rescheduled or a full refund will be processed.

 Treatment Packages

Fees paid for treatment packages are generally non-refundable after the treatment has commenced.

Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be at the sole discretion of Shiv Shakti Ayurvedic Hospital.

 Medicines & Wellness Products

If Ayurvedic medicines or wellness products are purchased through our website:

• Products once delivered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product received is expired or defective.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is deducted but the appointment is not confirmed, or if you are charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us with your payment details. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded.

 Cancellation by Hospital

Shiv Shakti Ayurvedic Hospital reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, doctor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, patients may choose either:

• A full refund, or
